Most of you know me as a successful real estate investor, however if you think its any easier for me to get a loan in the current economic climate then think again. Now you can see why people hate government legislation like Dodd-Frank and other programs that make it harder to do our jobs in the real estate industry. Thats the reason why my AMPS (Assignment of Mortgage Payments Systems) program is such a success. No one wants to read and signature through a document thats the size of Tolstoy’s “War and Peace!”
Of course I realize that banks do need to be more stringent with their loan regulations seeing as how the inability to pay our debt was one of the factors of this economic crisis in the first place, but come on! I pray that none of you have to go through this loan process anytime soon, but if you do my prayers are with you.
